Key colors

Rainbow keysEvery white key shows its note's color. Played keys light up in full color. Color when playedPlain keys that light up in their note's color while they sound. No colorPlain keys. Played keys turn grey.

Computer keyboard

Flex Only the notes of the scale. Each row of keys climbs the scale from its first key: Z starts on the low tonic, A an octave higher, then Q and 1 higher again. Hold Shift and the Z row plays an octave lower, the 1 row an octave higher. The same keys work in every key and scale. Chromatic Every note, laid out like a piano: the Z and Q rows are the white keys, the rows just above them the black keys. Hold Shift for two octaves higher.

The Flex / Chromatic button under the top bar switches this too.
